Arsh have taken over the plant & machinery along with technical know-how, good-will associated with products and markets belonging to Terpene and Catalysts (TAC) – a proprietary plant of Mr. Axay R. Parmar which was made operational in the year 2004 and has since developed into reputed producers of premium grade organic flavor and fregrance chemicals.
